VENTURA, CA – H3 Hummer
owners no longer have to pull over to the right lane when
approaching a grade due to the H3’s anemic 5-cylinder
engine. The new H3 Alpha has been upgraded with the 5.3L V8
found in many other GM trucks, and now Magna Charger has a
complete bolt-on supercharger system that adds an additional
116 horsepower and 125 ft.lbs. of torque at the wheels. The
Magna Charger takes horsepower from 192 to 308, and torque
from 161 to 268ft.lbs. With huge torque gains in torque from
idle to peak torque at just 2800rpm, the towing, passing and
acceleration are simply breathtaking. Plus, this huge
performance upgrade carries no penalty in fuel economy or
off-road tractability. The Magna Charger system has a unique
bypass valve that takes the supercharger “off-line” for
normal driving, but the serious off-roaders will really
enjoy the huge increase in torque that enhances the H3’s
climbing abilities.
The Magna Charger system comes
complete with everything needed for installation. It features its famous
roots hybrid-style supercharger with integral air-to-water intercooler.
This design produces more power from idle to max rpm than any other
system. The power is instantly available on-demand and is smooth and
seamless. It uses the same technology proven reliable by the O.E.s in
excess of 100,000 miles. Just install it and forget it! An optional
3-year, 36,000-mile limited supercharger warranty is available.
